What differentiates Amazon Lex from other similar products?
From my experience, the big differentiator is that how tightly it integrates with other AWS services and Lex isn't just about understanding text or speech and Amazon Lex feels me more like a native building Blick inside the AWS ecosystem that happens to slove conversational AI problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the most about Amazon Web Services Amazon Lex is how quickly it's turns a structured conversation into something that's production ready without forcing you to bulid a lot of surrounding infrastructure that's really good for us and the real wins comes how is tight loop between intent definition and backend execution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's how quickly me run into it's structual constraints once my use case moves beyond fairly well defined conversations That's feels me limited in Amazon Lex.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to recommend who are considering Amazon lex you should be very clear about what kind of problem you are trying to solve because that's where most of the success or frustration comes from and when you use case is structured and workflow driven things then I strongly suggest Amazon Lex is perfect choice for you.
