What differentiates Alemba Service Manager from other similar products?

I don't use any other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The API. Although there are some bugs, it's generally good and better than some others I've used (e.g. Vmware and Cloudflare).

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. There are many interface elements which are extremely difficult and time-consuming to use: - Some lists are not in alphabetical order and cannot be put in that order - Many lists (inc. some of the above) are confined to very small screen areas - this makes it a nightmare to find the relevant fields or values. - The general design of certain screens makes it difficult to understand what's going on. In particular, the conditional branching rules editor is awful. 2. Workflow porting is a disaster 3. New fields require an IISreset to be available via the API -

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is generally worthwhile. ASM cannot improve by itself the process or workflow you create in it, so make sure your processes are as efficient as possible.
