I woudl say that its integration with other Adobe products specially with AEM makes it very unique

it is highly customizable and can easily serve as a backend for all taggings and metadata.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing so far

you shoudl look for the entire content management system from Adobe to get all the true benefits
