The SCMS Strategy Documentation Tool contains two templates used in the Strategically Phase in Technology to Bolster Supply Chain Management blueprint. They can be used to document the results of the associated activities after they have been completed, or used as an idea generating device for the activities themselves.
- SCMS Business Environment Model. This template is associated with Phase 2 of the SCMS Strategy storyboard.
- SCMS Capability Prioritization. This table is associated with Phase 2 and 3 of the Drive Business Value With an SCMS Strategy storyboard.
