This tool is used to assign role-based Base & Attach licenses to each employee in each department. The tool will have you list all employees in each department, assign initial Base & Attach licenses, and provide an initial summary of the total licenses that will be required to help estimate your initial transition license costs for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
