Use this tool to calculate the cost of your meetings and to track the savings achieved from scaling back your meetings: fewer meetings, fewer people attending meetings, and shorter meetings. There are two versions of the Meeting Cost Estimator. The first version can be used to estimate the cost of a single meeting, and the second version can be used to estimate the cost of a recurring meeting.
