Many IT organizations invest considerable resources for performance management, yet the business value that these investments generate is limited at best. These tools on their own do not give you clarity on end-to-end application performance and, more specifically, the performance measurements for critical transactions that may touch multiple components are often unclear. This blueprint will help establish an effective performance management program through our three-phase methodology:

  • Kick-start the performance management pilot.
  • Establish and evaluate current performance baseline.
  • Build the case for additional performance management investments.

Build an iterative approach that first discovers the performance requirements of the organization and then discovers the optimal investment solution to cater to that need.
