  • Define the Agile proficiency levels relevant to your organization
  • Outline the skills that you wish to use in your assessment
  • Map the skills to the industry standard SFIA framework (optional)
  • Define the agile team roles and their maturity levels
  • Define the Agile skill standards for each role on the Agile team
  • When ready, fill in the assessment for each team member
  • Review the results on the dashboard indicating the team members who are deficient and in what skills
