SugarCRM Acquires Salesfusion to Enhance Its Marketing Automation Street Cred

SugarCRM is a vendor that provides robust solutions for customer relationship management (CRM). While it is not as broadly known as larger competitors such as Salesforce, SugarCRM does provide a compelling offering for mid-market organizations looking for strong out-of-the-box capabilities for marketing, sales, and customer service enablement.


To bolster its capabilities around marketing automation, SugarCRM recently announced it would acquire popular SaaS lead management solution Salesfusion. Salesfusion provides strong capabilities for marketing campaign management, customer engagement, conversion management, and campaign analytics.
