It’s also intuitive and easy to use, even for people who aren’t tech savvy, which makes it accessible for everything like casual meetings, large-scale business and educational use. compared to competitors, zoom offers a more well-rounded experience without overwhelming users

its versatility: works well for everything from casual chats to large webinars and virtual events, it's strong integration options to connect with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook, its user-friendly interface, and tis reliable call quality...meetings are generally smooth, even with large groups or slower internet connections.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about zoom is that some of its most useful features like cloud recording, advanced admin controls, and larger meeting capacities are locked behind paid plans. For smaller teams or individuals on a budget, that can be limiting. Also, the desktop app can feel a bit heavy at times, and updates are frequent, which occasionally interrupts workflow. While it’s packed with features, not all of them are easy to discover unless you dig through the settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re considering Zoom, it’s a great choice for reliable video calls, especially if you need features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, or remote support. It’s easy to use and scales well for both small meetings and large events. Just be aware that some advanced tools are only available on paid plans, so think about your needs and whether the free version is enough or if an upgrade makes sense for your use case.
