What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
The User interface. It's very attractive and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Attendance, leave tracker, organisation hierarchy etc. These aspects were pretty attractive and easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes handling this portal was confusing because it had way too many features although it's not necessarily a bad thing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it. It's the best HRM management tool ever.

More secured and easy to use, also the accuracy is much batter than others

Attendance and the regularisation is a key aspects to maintain the no effect of the salary deduction

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
I used the first HRM as a zoho, it is transparent with the good GUI, even the non technical guy can run and use this application with very ease. So it was great experience for me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Attendence Leave tracker Payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
Learning and development, also sometimes it was little confusing for the location while marking for the attendance. There were no appropriate location
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As i already said it has the good option of adding new feature according to the requirements of the organisation. Integration is good.
