What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
The scope of features of the Zoho software is very broad. It covers marketing, Sales, Accounting which makes it very reliable and cost effective for businesses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has various features with the accounting software which gives complete accounting statement of a business. This means small business can without accounting background.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not cost effective if you want to use most of their features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho for the management of business since it fast, simple and easy to use. It also has broad features.

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
We can efficiently spread our message since we can rapidly send the appropriate emails to the appropriate recipients and plan ahead. A decent, user-friendly user interface with certain features that are surprisingly intuitive. And it is fairly quick and dependable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whether it's campaigns or email marketing automation, Zoho Corporation has it all figured out in every product. Create emails with a great appearance and feel thanks to Zoho Campaigns. Since my company has been using it for some time, I can attest to how great and time-saving the templates and dashboards that Zoho offers are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, emails sent with Zoho Campaigns are sent slowly or after a delay. There are instances where businesses must send emails immediately, and in my experience, Zoho Campaign consistently delays mail delivery. I'm not sure if that's because of the servers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The campaigns' ease of editing and execution is their strongest feature. The tool offers an easy-to-use email campaign creator. An improved, effective, and efficient option for email marketing is being provided by Zoho campaigns.

What Zoho provides is the different features you can use for CRM. It’s really complete and can be syncronized with other softwares

Maybe the fact that CRM is really complete.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not intuitive at all. Had some time to really understand how everything was related.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can give it a try, mostly if your list of clients and potential clients is 1000+ - Zoho can storage a significant amount of information and can be sync with other softwares you may use
