Best for ticket logging and feedback collection . The customisability is what it makes different and dashboard with multiple reports features are making it popular .

What differentiates Zendesk Chat from other similar products?

How easy it is to use and that you can have the chat and ticket all in one place vs having to generate a ticket for a chat in the case where an escalation is needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with other features of Zendesk, reporting, and structure of the chat feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like to see Zendesk working on an easier way to manage multiple chats, sometimes is easy to confuse a chat with an actual ticket when you are multitasking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, it might be the chat platform your business needs.
