Powerful Form Creation with Slight Datedness
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Wufoo from other similar products?
Integration and ease of use. If you need a powerful Form Builder and can look past the datedness of the backend Wufoo is a great choice. The ability to customize is limitless.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to easily create forms, with advanced branching and logic is one of the main reasons we have stayed with Wufoo as our form builder. The tie-in with many other apps like MailChimp, Zapier and webhooks makes the possibilities almost limitless. The user interface is basic and easy to use, it could use some updating. The power to quickly create a new form with minimal fuss and be able to embed or send it out quickly to gain results is a big plus. No matter what web platfor you use for your website, they provide the embeddable code to easily embed any form, whether you use WordPress, Custom HTML or even a WYSIWYG builder like Wix etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform is starting to feel a little dated and clunky compared to some of the other form software out there. The ability to stylize & even report needs an update. The user interface is basic and easy to use, yet it is lacking at the same time. It is starting to feel dated and not as responsive as it should. When dealing with larger forms or reports things can get confusing due to the dated layout and lack of responsiveness within the browser. Reports are not as robust or powerful as one would hope for with complex forms. The report builder needs a vast overhaul to help make pulling the data in a visual way easier, no major updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a powerful Form Builder and can look past the datedness of the backend Wufoo is a great choice. The ability to customize is limitless.
Pros
