What differentiates BlueDolphin from other similar products?

BlueDolphin has a practical approach to Enterprise Architecture and Archimate. It allows me to "break the rules" if I want to, but does push back in terms of not making it too easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is highly customizable in terms of how to use Archimate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's free-form designer is not (yet) where it should be in terms of making it easy to design and communicate outside of the Archimate model.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A successful implementation requires a fair understanding of the Enterprise Architecture discipline in general, and the Archimate modelling language specifically.
