Twilio's support for images , videos and other interactive buttons to be added to content delivered to messaging platforms like Messenger and Telegram, is a key point of differentiation between Twilio and similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Twilio's global reach and its developer friendly processes are my favorite part of this product. In terms of global reach, Twilio's ability to deliver sms content to phone numbers across the world, has made it more seamless for potential users of our services to go through our two factor authentication protocol and access our product. On the other hand, Twilio provides developer-friendly APIs and SDKs , that make it easy for us to intregrate sms and messaging capabilities into our application and our operational processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For times that I have worked with my colleagues at the marketing department, there is always complaints about the quality of analytical data around content (sms ) delivery to phone numbers and social media profiles , being inadequate and this is true, Asides the aforementioned though, it is my belief that Twilio does a fantastic job as far as sms delivery to different platforms is concerned .
