What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Sprout Social differs from other programs because it has better features and good customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sproud Social has been a great tool for us to plan and post material to our company's social media accounts. Sprout's user interface is quite basic and understandable, making it a breeze to plan posts and manage many social media accounts from the same place. Whenever we've needed help, their customer care has always been prompt and efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, we realize this is a common issue for third-party apps like Sprout Social, and so we're not complaining. We'd just want to be able to control Instagram direct messages from our dashboard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking to handle social media and content creation on your own or with a team, this is an excellent option. Because it isn't difficult to use and has a great training and customer care staff, I recommend it.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Sprout has an easier user interface than the competition, and it only takes seconds to set up accounts and admins on the platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sprout integrates with almost all of the social media verticals we use for brand recognition. I don't have to double my efforts by disseminating the same content to multiple channels and audiences all in a few clicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently, Sprout Social only supports Twitter, Facebook (profiles & pages), Google+ pages, Instagram & LinkedIn (profiles & pages).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Once you walk through the live demo, you'll be hooked.
