What is Spiff?

Spiff is a sales compensation platform that automates commission calculations and motivates teams to drive top-line growth. With a combination of an intuitive UI, real-time visibility, and seamless integrations, Spiff aligns and enables finance and sales operations teams to self-manage complex incentive compensation plans and provides transparency for sales teams. What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?

SPIFF provides instant visibility on the compensation that I’ve earned. It done on a sales by sale basis with a breakdown of my comp plan. It couldn’t be easier to use or understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Clear understanding of commissions I’ve earned.

Nothing - it’s perfect

What differentiates Spiff from other similar products?

We were using manual spreadsheets before, so this really helped eliminate error and allow visibility to our teams

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's really easy to use. The dashboard is user friendly and the information provided is up to date and useful. There's no question on what commission is earned and what has been achieved.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest there's nothing that I dislike. It provides every level of functionality that I could as for as an end user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, at least for a trial if available and allow your sales team to have peace of mind knowing that all is being tracked and organized appropriately. It will eliminate questions to HR and provides that level of transparency that everyone is looking for

Spiff allows you to clearly compare your compensation over time. Something I've struggled to do with other solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to track trends in your quota relief over time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to filter/search for an individual order. This means you have to scroll through a long list to find what you are looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spiff is great for your sales teams to track their performance. It provides an easy way to track incentives (spiffs, accelerators, etc)
