What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

It is a great tool for IT Operations management (ITOM) such as creating workflows, ticket generation and resolutions as well as monitoring of all the operations activities at one place. It is a cloud-based platform in which you can easily customize the solution as per your needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best use of ServiceNow ITOM at central helpdesk where you have received queries from the users and need to provide the resolution. It has central dashboard in which we can monitor the task progress as well as all the operations activity at a single place. We can also automate our daily tasks with the help of the workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as much now, everything is good as expected. However, the company may focus on improving the search feature within the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any organization looking for the ITOM solution can go ahead with this solution. This is highly reliable, scalable, and secured solution.

ITSM is focused on how services are delivered by IT teams

Managing our time at work by able to use WF , automation, managing sprints and projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need to update the UI. The color scheme need to be changed since sometimes the background is difficult to view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My advice to others is to make sure they understanding what they are going to use ServiceNow for which is important.
