What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?
As per me, if a product solves my basic problem of mobile testing for both manual and automation that is one of a good product. So Sauce labs are doing that job in a very favorable manner and all the tools provided are awesome. UI is very good and easy to use. Other than that the support for multiple mobile vendors with different OS combinations and multiple browsers with major combinations are supported in this platform and readily available to use. More than all these this vendor is very reliable and approachable, I mean the customer support is very good in solving all our queries in time and fast. lastly, availability is good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reliability and availability of the product at all times and resolving all our queries in time within a day or so.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We had a comparison with other similar vendors and sauce labs is a little slow when compared to others, i mean the UI is heavy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, its one of the best when compared to other vendors in the similar category.

What differentiates Sauce Labs from other similar products?
Their support is 2nd to none. Whether I needed a trial or some pricing negotiated, or some technical guidance, they are always there. Very willing to help and always very friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact it's so easily integrated into almost anything - from ALMs, to CI (Jenkins/etc) to testing frameworks. It makes your life as a tester that much easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes while using SauceConnect secure tunneling, it gets slow. Recommend adding more VPN tunnels in more geographic areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Evaluate against BrowserStack and LambdaTest to see which fits you best.
