What differentiates SAP Professional Services Software from other similar products?
It has a lot of unique features that can be customized or adapted to the business needs. It offer a really good user interface that allows users to get familiarized easily with the application. One of the pros is the security offered and the cost friendly options it has.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting definitely. It allows me to create different reports that have all the information you could possibly need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some times I noticed some slow downs on the application but to be honest, I'm not sure if this was related to the application or the system in general. From my perspective there aren't actually cons but maybe suggestions. Although it's quite intuitive, it wouldn't be bad to offer a quick walkthrough for new users that are just starting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you select an appropriate vendor when implementing this tool. I've seen some vendors that are not so friendly and the support provided by them might not be the best.

Very easy and functional SAP software for easy project management and monitoring capability with the SAP PPM is incredible. Easy scheduling and budgeting and even planning various projects with the solution without any issue. Our team works together through the entire manufacturing process using the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Enabling manufacturing team to work together. Easy to track project process. Project data analytics. Good reporting tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features are easy and flexible but they can be improved. Budgeting capabilities requires upgrading. Multiple project management capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With SAP is an amazing experience to manage production projects, data analytics productions are also effective as well as reporting on multiple operations from different projects and a very great system for our team to collaborate for profitable project outcome and easy file management.

The best feature in my opinion is the use of software for companies to generate leads and how easily leads could be generated.

Within the side of analysis and reporting, the product has not got there yet. The workflows could be improved
