What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
For us it was down to the sales team process and the vision they had for all the steps after purchase. It can be difficult to evaluate features when there's similar tools in the market, there was more than 1 tool with features we needed, but Salesloft had the best team to support the process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, has all features a sales team needs to succeed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to have more backend access, such as verify times of login from users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, it's worth it.

The ease of use of the platform makes it unique. Right out of the box, it is simple and user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for me and my team to create cadences that really allows us to keep engaged with customers via automation and the insights it provides.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do wish it was easier to create unique automation rules.

Really think about the experience you want your customers to have when setting up cadences. It will make the world of difference.

functionality for both business development and AEs. More configurable template options and an easier to use sales management offering.

nothing really - it's a great product

We have a competent sales ops department but still contracted a third party implementer for many reasons - look into this.
