we can see who and when the last modification was made. it easy to follow for the update

It is sometimes difficult to align the information on the same line when there are several columns in a table or section

take the time to pass all the section for knowing all the possibilities of the software

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

The differentiator is the ability to get a customized product at a very good price with access to friendly experts that truly understand your wants and needs and with the technical knowledge to make it happen and/or bring together experts in a quick and efficient manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The element that I appreciate the most is the dedication of the leadership of the company to remain close and connected to me as a Client. It makes all the difference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many options available (which is not a bad thing!) and sometimes it is very hard to have clear, organized, visibility on this information

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say you need to seriously consider what this product offers. My personal experience is that it offers so much more than I had initially anticipated.
