What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
Social approach to relationships building. Nimble isn't about crunching numbers by sending people unwanted campaigns. The product helps you nurture real relationships.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Prospector. It's a browser widget that automatically populates contact info for links about people you hover over.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing about how it works now. Soon, I hope, Nimble will have be able to add functionality from other apps so that each user can personalize their favorite ways of working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out how long it takes you to manually key in a complete record on your current system, then compare how long it takes on Nimble. You'll be pleasantly surprised ;-)

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
I researched and tested at least a dozen CRM's before settling on Nimble. The combination of ease of use and price was the deciding factor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Email tracking so that I know when a sent email has been opened.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Glitchy, when I open my own sent email, it says "opened", the location opened is off (it will say opened from another country and then opened again a minute later from a local location.)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accept that no CRM is perfect. I was seeking perfection for a year and never found it. I chose Nimble and have stayed with it.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?
Managing Customer Relations is very much more comfortable with the Nimble tool. When this world is moving faster, things are becoming difficult to be managed and at such a moment, having a tool to help you in your business is not lesser than a blessing. Multiple options to manage and arrange customer contact history easily. We can look for the history of our potential customers It provides customer profiles and we can manage contacts and Pipeline management is good too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A very much helping tool and time-saving as it has made customer relation management easy. Categorizing contacts is quite easier now. Moreover, its Pipeline management and Alert features are other favorites too. It provides ease of sharing contacts anywhere anytime. There are multiple benefits that are helping us in multiple ways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On some points the charges are unfair. Customer support service is much lazy as our experience. The interface could have been a bit more user-friendly. The accuracy of scanning is plausible but it takes much time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Without any doubt or misguidance, our team can make sure to anyone about the management of this tool for even a massive number of customers. Sharing the contacts in a faster way is pretty nice and anyone can get happy with this tool and with its overall performance but the presence of a few bugs is frustrating. I would recommend it to all those who value their clients.
