What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
In our IT department, I utilize monday.com to keep track of a big number of tasks. A lot of them are tricky and unique. Because of this centralized repository, we are better able to facilitate our hybrid work approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real-time updates, audience-specific mirroring, and easy customization all contribute to a smooth experience while using these boards. In addition, I have contacted customer service several times, and each time they have been quick to respond and really helpful. To guarantee your satisfaction, they'll do whatever it takes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Of course, there are drawbacks, but the advantages outweigh them. Of course there is nothing that would discourage you from using the service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working together as a hybrid team. We have a staff of roughly 45 people, but we serve more than 15 Offices. This is a major win because we can now easily share and cooperate with both our internal team and our external stakeholders.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com makes project automations to be customizable and simple for everyone to use. As a team , we continuously leverage on this area of our Monday.com experience, to automate repetitive project tasks, such as task movement from one phase to another , task assignments to team members , and even project notifications . Our ability to automate important aspects of our projects , definitely saves us a ton of time and ensures that project processes are followed to the letter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com officially integrates with the most important software products that we use as a team. Being able to integrate Monday.com with key business tools and applications that we use , acts as a catalyst to our project management processes, making them faster . Thus allowing us accomplish project tasks in less time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Efficient task dependency management is one of the bedrock of successful project management. Unfortunately, Monday.com struggles with this aspect of things. Since task dependencies are only setup through dates on this tool, they are less functional than on some other project management tools , where tasks dependencies can be setup in a variety of ways.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My team's use of Monday.com has boosted team alignments , especially with cross team projects. Thereby, leading to improved productivity in terms of how projects are managed and their visibility.

You can tailor the platform to fit your team's specific needs and processes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of monday.com is the intuitive and user-friendly interface. The platform is very easy to navigate and understand, even for team members who are not familiar with project management tools. The layout is clean and simple, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The platform also has a variety of helpful features that make it easy to stay on top of tasks and projects. For example, the ability to create custom dashboards and boards to track progress, assign tasks, and set deadlines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I dislike about monday.com is that the mobile app is not as robust as the web version. It would be great if the mobile app had all the same features as the web version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering monday.com, I highly recommend it. It is a great tool for keeping your team organized and on track. It's also very customizable and easy to use. I think it's a great choice for any team looking to streamline their project management process.
