What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
Microsoft Sharepoint is a brilliant Management system that is excellent for file sharing and seamlessly links to our Microsoft Teams. We've found it facilitates supremely with Microsoft Teams and helps in information sharing and knowledge transfer. It also helps us organise our files in a safe repository that is aligned in such a way that security permissions are correctly set up, defence in depth and layered security are achieved.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Brilliant for file sharing, knowledge transfer and collaboration, while designating and organising files in folder structures. Also seamlessly links with a host of Microsoft products and services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Sharepoint should be the starting point for any document management system and file sharing system.

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
Best Content and document management application which helped us to share the documents in an effective manner. Sometimes, we need to send the document for review to only one particular user, this tool helps us to password protect the file and send the link to users whomever we are supposed to send. Many times, I have observed this too, works smoothly even when the internet connectivity is poor. This enterprise application bundled with amazing powerful features which helped us to manage the documents effortlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazing tool which helped us to share the documents with anyone outside the organization with password protection. Also, we can revoke the access to document as and when required immediately. It helps us to store and maintain the documents easily so that anyone within the organization can access them without any hassle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initial setup, sometimes its keeps hanging when connectivity is low especially when you are uploading large file on to SharePoint are the features makes little difficult. Other than these, this tool is amazing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the best document repository and management application which can be effortlessly used by organizations from all type of industries. I would recommend SharePoint anytime for its amazing features.
