What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?
I think it's a very simple product so it's easy to use for client document sharing, we use it every day and the onboarding and UI make it quick to get clients up to speed. It will be the go to for a while thanks to the simplicity and security.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its secure, it's simple to use and most clients we work with prefer this product when sharing graphics or documents.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Search functionality is laborious, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wouldn't hesitate to use the product it's very simple.

The ease of integration. I can easily manage my files and projects through the platform.

Could include a more robust search function.

The ease of integration with other Microsoft apps such as Excel
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for more than one person to have access and edit documents live or with a slight delay when using app. It prevents the need for saving down extra versions of documents and clogging up space. Really good for remote working too without the need for a VPN
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can be slow to refresh changes

Establish department rules for document sharing etc
