What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
I do like that it is part of the Microsoft Suite. Our company decided based on our Finance Team to go with Netsuite. Not so sure Netsuite is better....
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that all aspects of what you need daily in running a company are there for you.
What do you dislike most about this product?
there was really nothing I disliked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you use Microsoft 365, use Dynamics.

Sometimes cumbersome and not easy to use for novices

Offer "Lite" as an out of the box option.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is similar in its functionality as Salesforce. However, it is quite a bit more cost-effective. The interface is not quite as appealing, but still is fairly intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to make adjustments on the administrative side. To make a change to the system or to update fields, little time and training is required.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There have been updates that make the product a lot more confusing with significant changes to the UX.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to setup everything properly the first time around. We had overloaded contacts and leads and it became a lot more work having to cleanup.
