The simplicity to maneuver within the program and the flexibility to update or change information
What do you dislike most about this product?
once you complete if you have to update, you have to send request to IT and wait for them to update,meanwhile the othe case managers are stressing you out to update or change something but you can't because you have to wait for them to update,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you have to update or change information if you already completed you have to send an email to open or delete before you can proceed
