What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are multiple things on my list that makes it a perfect package although it still has a house for improvement but still it is the best so far. Those qualities include. 1-The scheduling feature helps us in pre-scheduling our important meetings. 2-A hand raises feature that makes it easy for others to ask and address questions one by one. 3-Recording that makes it possible for the absentees to get an inkling and can attend the whole session of the missed meeting. 4-Last but not least its excellent video and audio quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about it is its sky-high rate which is not much suitable for us as we expected them to decrease its rate. and another point is its mobile app which is quite dull and shows buggy behavior.

It is highly recommended if one can afford it.

It’s a very good product as compared to different virtual medium such as Zoom, Microsoft Team or GoTo Meetings platform, we use to use this one in our online pilot vCL days and were amazed by the interactive GUI. We have had recoded and stored the meetings on this platform, it has been very sophisticated. Overall we like this product and it has a very good integration with our 360 degree Zoom room setup.

It has a very minimal GUI, needs to be more peppy
