What differentiates Leadfeeder from other similar products?
The implementation is straight forward and data is presented in a very clear and intuitive way making it an easy to use product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We gain great insights into what companies are looking at our website and we are able to use this information for our sales efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we have "false positives". As we want to catch leads, we are looking for visitors to our site that wants to start a recruitment proces. Sometimes we do see jobseekers show up and as Leadfeeder cannot tell us why a visitor came to the site, we might think that it is a lead when it is in fact not. Studying the visitors behaviour on the site - what pages does he look at etc. - we can filter out most non-leads...
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to think through how you will use the data generated. Also only put the tracking code on the pages that relevant leads would visit - such as how to buy, pricing etc.
Pros
- Reliable
- Efficient Service
- Transparent
- Effective Service
