More structured and secure database, customizable worfklows

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of creating a workflow, availability in mobile, user friendly interface, easy chat support availability (24x5)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not take into account not working dates in deadline feature, hard to export reports, limited view in reports, app is down almost at least once a month

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Product has so much room for improvement - improved mobile application, availability in android, availability of chat feature, home screen improvements, ability to mass approve, ability to filter my tasks screen, more customizable reports.
