What differentiates Kissflow Digital Workplace from other similar products?
Workflows are constantly evolving and KissFlow makes it fast and simple to implement modifications. Their support during the onboarding process was great, and this high level of customer support has continued without fail. They know how to back up their product and help you succeed with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
KissFlow is easy to learn and use yet is highly capable and flexible. I have yet to come up against a use case that KissFlow could not handle. It continues to surprise me with its capabilities and how well thought out and easy to use the interface is. Acceptance of the product at the end user and managerial levels within our organization is growing steadily and rapidly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The dashboard could be improved. In addition, implementing a folder-based system for organizing workflows into a hierarchy would be a plus.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't hesitate. I've looked at many other similar products and KissFlow is by far the best I've seen for the money. There are more complex and powerful solutions out there but when it comes to cost, features, capability, and usability, KissFlow is hard to match. It is living proof that powerful software does not need to be complex to be effective.
