What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?

I haven't researched loads of all products out there, but I think their front in recording capabilities are an amazing feature!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the great features I love about Invoca, is that it has the front end recording of a call before it results in being handled.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't feel like it's super user friendly at first. It may be to others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it an honest try and you'd be very pleased you did!
