What differentiates Geotab from other similar products?

Decent web based dashboard., great telemetrics, lots of user training on the web.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The vehicle telemetrics works really well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setup in the dashboard can be a little overwhelming when you first get into it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try to make sure it is a good fit. We were impressed by the product quite quickly.

What differentiates Geotab from other similar products?

I spent the last quarter using the engine diagnostics data to predict maintenance needs before our trucks broke down on the motorway. This proactive approach kept ninety-eight percent of our fleet on the road during a heavy winter season.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can see harsh braking and rapid acceleration events in real-time and address them with the team during our weekly briefings

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a highly technical tool that requires a dedicated analyst to get the most value out of it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have the internal bandwidth to actually act on the data it produces. Do not bother with it if you only need basic GPS tracking for a handful of local delivery bikes

I was able to keep all my fleet safe and compliance.

It was more the leak of their support taking too long to respond.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for something to starting to monitor your vehicles or trucks, it's an easy system to learn.
