16 Years of Usage - this product is amazing!!

What differentiates Revver from other similar products?
The is the only product I am aware of of its kind. I found this 16 years ago and have used it since then. Going paperless in 2004 was outside the box at that time. I haven't come across anything else like it since. I have never heard of other software in my industry that is being used in this manner.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple, streamlined, consistent in usage
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't really come across anything to date that I do not like
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you use this product - have them assist in setting up your folder templates as it will keep your staff consistent in how your documents are stored.

What differentiates Revver from other similar products?
eFileCabinet is created to mimic a file room. There's little to no set-up. Other products I researched were a simple construct that needed to be created and developed by an IT professional or a team. I found this to be difficult as a small business that does not have the time or resources to create. With eFileCabinet, I am able to quickly create a file cabinet or drawer and then easily scan or upload documents into drawers in seconds. This is one of the easiest virtual cabinets I used and with an exceptional customer service team in The United States. They are always available, knowledgable and friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. From uploading documents and organizing them into drawers, sharing a document or drawer with a client or easy access to customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some tweaks that can embellish Rubex. It is a new product and i understand they are continuously updating. Most recently, I noticed there is not an easy search function or ability to go back to a drawer that i was using. I have to search for it again as opposed to having a history list that i can easily access. E.g. I am in a drawer and if it click that back arrow too far, it will take me out of the drawer completely and i have to search for the drawer again. This takes time. The back arrow is in your program and brings us back to the previous folder and ultimately to the beginning of the drawer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out. See if you like the file room layout. I did. It was simple and I didn't have to reinvent the wheel.
