What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

The most effective way to save and retrieve my papers is with Dokmee DMS. Our whole document library is kept on just a remote server that is accessible from any computer and is not limited to just one. Establishing personal access to the document can finish the sharing or distribution procedure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing documents is simple with this program because of how simple it is to operate. It incorporates the useful functionality of Word, Xls, and Ppt file opening and editing. Workflows may be easily created with regulations content navigation. It offers top-notch customer support. It has a high degree of protection that only permits permitted people access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It appears that Dokmee's planned artificial intelligence frequently commits errors in data verification, making it occasionally challenging to retrieve the content we have kept on the system. Keeping copies of each file and copying the data from the secret keys has been the method identified.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an incredibly recommended utility. Our data were easily accessible and were properly categorized by the curriculum.
