What differentiates Conga Contracts from other similar products?
Conga has a unique way of displaying contracts and their relations (child, amendment, etc.)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The contract family tree, and the email notifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Over engineered - it is not user friendly and is not intuitive. You need to essentially use logic formulas to run reports, instead of a basic and thoughtful filtering. Customer service is horrible - it is hard to get a hold of anyone because so much turnover, and I've wasted so many hours having the same conversation with so many different people.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't - there are far better solutions.
