What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This platform has a precise and quick notification mechanism. Comparatively speaking to other programs, the customer care system is responsive. Drag and drop functionality, which is user-friendly, may be used to add emails. For many consumers, it is relatively inexpensive. It draws a lot of people since it offers a wealth of functionality, is inexpensive, and provides quick access to all the most recent features. Fast, easy, and adaptable describe the interface. It is straightforward to use and comprehend, and expandable. There are several built-in features. With time, the integration is being updated. It is a trustworthy platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The decision to make modifications and campaigns should be up to the user. At the moment, there is no mobile application for this platform. Users are unable to remove tags or combine contacts in the way they wish.

What differentiates BenchmarkONE from other similar products?
Customer service of Benchmark One is excellent and team is very cooperative. The best thing is that they support CRM integration and customization. Also, the user interface is very fast responsive and easy to handle. There is ease of creating email templates and the value of money is good and helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Benchmark One is all in one software that help us to save our time as all program running is based on tag system that make it easy to set any nurturing campaign. Their support system is excellent as they respond quickly and help to find the solution. The drag and drop file feature are easy to use and are easily customized emails according to our will.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They need to update their servers as they are bit slow sometimes making it difficult to make changes. Their form designs are bit old and need to be updated and better. Their reporting functionality is clunky and not user intuitivee.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend Benchmark One because it is simple and easy to use and the pricing is user friendly and affordable. Email templates provided are very simple and easy to use for beginners also.

What differentiates BenchmarkONE from other similar products?
Handling social media pages to mass emails and marketing campaigns, we have it all under control. All thanks to the limitless features benchmarkONE offers us under one roof. Our daily B2C marketing is now not that difficult or time consuming. The analytic reports gives us an actual insight and we can actually rely on them to improve everything that is lacking or going wrong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BenchmarkONE is a complete package when it comes to marketing and eCommerce. You can have all features under one platform as it reduces hassle to manage different things on different platforms. I work in the marketing department of a mid-size company. We started by using different marketing platforms. However, once we started using this one, I guess our time limits have exceeded and the work efficiency also increased with the passage of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I’m not saying that the interface is very difficult to use, but it might be a bit hard for someone who is not very tech-friendly. It surely can be improved for more ease and reliance. Sometimes, it gets tricky and people also call it boring. For us, it does its work so we are satisfied with it completely.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great software that has it all. You get all of the advanced marketing tools under one platform at such reasonable pricing. The best thing is that it can be easily understandable for all employees. You should definitely give it a try and see how it works for you especially if you have not tried any other platforms yet!
