What differentiates BenchmarkONE from other similar products?
BenchmarkONE is very intuitive software with robust features that provides solutions to small and middle-sized businesses through email marketing, customer relationship management, and business automation allow to carry out marketing on the social platform enabling coverage of a larger area. Allows sending and receiving of email through the marketing channel which enables to obtain feedback and customers reaction addressing them accordingly bettering the relationship and also enables to acquire new customers. With the automation feature, we able to simplify work taking less time especially in campaigns .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use both by the managerial team to the sales team and also customers with just a little information because it does not have complexity. It is cheap lowering the production cost making it affordable to many n readily available. The ability to obtain tract records enables the Marketing manager to monitor the whole marketing process. The integrated business solutions create room for the collaboration of features and teams that lead to business improvement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No challenge experienced with this software hence I find no dislike upon it and get my concentration on the benefiting features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TO anyone considering this product I can boldly recommend it for them for its capability to grow up or rather raise the business, establishing a strong bond with the customers through its amazing features that save time and fasten all the business processes.
