ALM Works Structure helps us more easily manage projects at the portfolio level. It helps us visualize, track and manage progress with spreadsheet-like views of Jira issues and adaptable, user-defined issue hierarchies that map to Jira issues links. It's easily organize issues and tasks from any Jira project in structure with easy-to-digest views.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unlimited Hierarchy. Helps us to easily manage projects at the portfolio level. Easily see the big picture. Time-saving. Easily visualize the work of Agile teams. Easily spot overload and underutilization of resources. Point and click dependencies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some new features might be overwhelming for the new users.

Great management at scale which helps teams to easily manage projects at the portfolio level.

What differentiates ALM Works Structure from other similar products?

The management of errors or workflow issues, as well as the capability to retain risk management data without influencing other processes, stand out among the many positive characteristics that this platform offers. An additional excellent argument in favour of using traceability for design verification.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Requirements, Tests, and Defects can all be managed with Helix ALM, which is a very adaptable platform. The support team responds and offers assistance quite quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to restrictions with how the system is set up, some adjustments we desired aren't (yet) available. The inability to "transfer" project parameters and/or security settings to other projects

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using this you would be able to make Helix ALM work for software development, system development, and document control.
