Your reporting and analytics strategy must support the organization’s strategy – it provides direction and requirements for data accumulation, augmentation, and consumption and paves the way for self-service BI and predictive analytics supporting actual business needs.

Technology is just one aspect of your reporting and analytics strategy and is not a quick solution or a guarantee for long-term success.
