Use this template to communicate the new organizational structure with key stakeholders and ensure they understand why this structure is needed and are willing to fund the new organizational structure. This deck include two parts:
- Executive Buy-In section to ensure the funding and approval of the new organizational chart.
- Additional slides to support the rationale of those decisions and how the new structure was created.
Without the support and advocacy of Executive Leadership, the new organizational structure cannot be successfully implemented. Ensure this is secured before communicating to other impacted stakeholders.
