In a 2008 Info-Tech Research Group study on Unified Communications (UC), 47% of organizations that deployed UC said that “End User Learning Curve” was a challenge. In order to mitigate this challenge, end users must be properly informed and trained to use UC platforms. Use the information in this note to reduce grass roots resistance.
