Cornerstone Acquires AI-Powered Organization to Advance Its Learning Suite
Cornerstone acquires Clustree to incorporate AI into its learning solutions. As a result, Cornerstone’s Learning Suite displays deep knowledge of employee skills, which can inform promotions or job changes, areas for learning, and recruiting decisions.
Clustree uses AI to identify employees’ skills and competencies developed throughout the employee journey. It displays employees’ strengths and then surfaces jobs that are a profile match. In addition, Clustree can also identify employees’ skills gaps to guide which Cornerstone’s Learning modules should be used, based on an employee’s needs.
Clustree also builds “job transition graphs:” common career trajectories for other employees in the organization and trajectories for those employees in similar roles. This can also help employees choose which learning modules to complete based on where they can go in their career.
