What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
I love this product due to its user friendly and we can get all reports and customer data all in one place and if a lot of features are added which makes a user confusing and the time he has to give to learn each and everything which makes the software messy so its simple where anyone can learn easily without training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software uses multiple channels to interact with and use multiple tools for the business which might get help for the users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In the desktop version its good to go but when it comes for the mobile version its bit slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
CRM from Zoho stood out for us mainly because of its flexibility in customisation and pricing. It allowed us deeper customization of fields, modules, and workflows without forcing upgrades to very expensive plans. Also, its integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem makes it easier to manage sales, support, and operations from one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the customizablility od the Zoho CRM for our internal requirements. It can be shaped to match real business processes instead of forcing the business to adapt to the tool. The automation features and integrations save a lot of manual effort once everything is set up properly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup is bad or rather it takes too much efforts. The initial setup can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. There are many features and settings, and it takes time to understand what is needed and what is not. Some parts of the interface could also be more intuitive in my opinion
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend spending time on planning and configuration before fully using Zoho CRM. or even before going for the CRM. If you've gone ahead already then Start with core modules, then gradually enable advanced features. It works best for teams that want flexibility and are willing to invest time in proper setup and training.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
