Ease of use, intuitive, great for our small team, great navigation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrates several tools we have used before into one, together with Zoho Cliq, Zoho Workspace, Zoho Mail and other products, it is very helpful and easy to collaborate with my team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A the moment, it fulfils all of our expectations and needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for small teams, you will love the collab options and integrations with Zoho Mail and other basic CRM tools.

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?
Zoho literally has an app for everything. I love that I don't have to use another app to make up what's missing in Zoho. If I need it, I'm sure Zoho has an app for it. I can literally just use one app for my business and I love that!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love Zoho chat and Connect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have anything I dislike. It can become overwhelming especially if you really don't know what you're doing. They do have videos but I like short videos that are straight to the point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do the free trail on one product at a time and write down what you like about the product and if it will benefit your business. If you're still not sure, contact a Zoho rep to help you make that decision.
