Another feature I appreciate is the openness to linking various apps and APIs without the need for any custom coding. The service comfortably transitions from handling minor tasks to heavy, intricate enterprise workflows. In​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ all honesty, I can hardly find 1 thing that I dislike; it is like a polished and reliable gem. There are occasions when the advanced logic you want to use is a bit tricky and you have to set it up carefully, but usually, the platform is up to the challenge. My main reason for choosing Tray was the accompanying Professional Services. I had no technical people to create the necessary workflows, and Tray provided a skilled PS engineer to create the relevant integrations and synchronization I needed (for a fee).

As far as I know, there are many competing products. Choose Tray if you don't have an in-house technical staff to create and manage the necessary automation.
