One Product with Many Solutions

What differentiates ServiceNow ESG Management from other similar products?
I don't see other products that could be in race with Service Now. Service Now has surpassed almost all the products and taking over other products such as Sales Force, SAP, BMC etc. All this was capable due to the fact that Service Now Platform was designed considering the future need with modern architecture.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One Single product for multiple business problems , be it ITSM, ITOM, Security, Asset Management, HRSD, WSD etc. You do not need to buy multiple products to implement multiple technology solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trainings are still not accessible to all the resources in the market due to this there is a resource crunch. Service Now is busy in bringing new features and capabilities and loosing focus on quality this also needs to be fixed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Service is a one stop solution, one product with multiple solution and hence go for it blindly as this will fit in not in just one business requirement but many. Service now is the future for IT and NON-IT businesses of all size and nature.

And handling ESG programs comes under the same umbrella where companies need to utilize digital solutions to oversee their operations effectively.Enterprises need to have control and visibility over their ESG initiatives to avoid uncertainties and disrupting workflows. Traditional processes may not be enough to fulfill these requirements. This is where ServiceNow comes into the picture.

What do you dislike most about this product?
many enterprises lack the required resources and expertise to implement ESG initiatives.

What differentiates ServiceNow ESG Management from other similar products?
Service now is not just a solution or products, its a wide platform which offers end customer to design their principle, processes and technical features as per their organizations need and structure. While other products in the market has a dead end in terms of their architecture, features and usability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Open structured platform with out of the box best practices enabled and feasibility of customization (tailored as per custom needs)
What do you dislike most about this product?
This product is evolving with a rocket speed and hence it is very difficult to know each and everything. Due to the speed of evolvement , enablement of resources managing this product are not available in the market and also service now is not prompt in enabling their customers via bootcamp or trainings. There is a need of aggressive trainings to the end customer and implementors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you already have service now and looking for implementing new features then you are on a good path and direction, if you have not purchased and not using Service Now in your organization then you are a decade behind from others and I would suggest to adapt service now as soon as possible as this is the future of all sort of organizations.
