The vendor offers free customer support and the program is accessible via any browser.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sales optimization features available on Salesforce Sales Cloud is the best thing that I give thumbs up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The then issues are no longer a threat since the vendor customer service eradicated all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I highly recommend Salesforce Sales Cloud, but with qualifications.
